Directions

Nighty Night - Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.

Wakey Wakey - Dissolve one tablet in 200mL of water. No more than 2 tablets per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Keep at least 3 hours interval between each does.

Wakey Wakey - CAFFEINE 40 mg, PAULLINIA CUPANA 273 (GUARANA) SEED EXTRACT DRY CONC. mg EQUIV. PAULLINIA CUPANA DRY 956 mg (EQUIV. CAFFEINE 60 mg), THIAMINE (VIT B1) (AS THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE) 10 mg, NICOTINAMIDE(VIT B3) 10 mg.
